As we open up to the divine energy within, we experience a knowing that life is eternal and spiritual.
- This comes from the perception that we are personally part of the great order of the universe.
- Not only are we eternal but we are cared for, included in, and even instrumental for the great plan that is life on earth.
We are imbued with a great sense of love.
- Closely attend to this sense of well-being and security that flows into us.
- We are filled with this strong emotion that pushes out all other emotion; we feel secure.
Love is the best-known measure of inner transcendence.
- It is different from the human love with which we are familiar
- It is the transcendent opening that exists without an intended focus
- It is a pervasive constant that keeps our other emotions in perspective
Re-source: Remember
Remembering our experiences are beneficial in two ways.
- They help us in our search for actual mystical experiences.
- The measures help us integrate this transcendent experience into our daily lives.
It is most important is that we remember the state of divine love we have felt.
- We must remember the awareness we felt, the lightness and coordination, the sense of closeness and oneness, and the inflow of inner energy and security.
Through practice, we can summon up the memory of the feeling, until we are filled with love to guide us through our day.
- If this love is there, then we know we are open to the divine source of energy that is always within us.
- The constancy of love keeps negative emotions from taking over our minds
