enlightened awareness

enlightened wellness

If you have a major illness, use if for enlightenment.  Anything “bad” that happens in your life – use if for enlightenment.  Withdraw time from the illness.  Do not give it any past or future.  Let it force you into intense present-moment awareness – and see what happens.

Become an alchemist.  Transmute base metal into gold, suffering into consciousness, disaster into enlightenment.

meditation relief

relief

Many times, a problem cannot be solved on the problem’s level.  To achieve clarity, we often must see it from a higher ground.  Meditation lifts us there.  It has been proven to relieve pain and stress, and to boost our immune system.  It also yields quick results.    To recoup energy – and glucose – meditation offers a healthy relief from the drain of excessive thinking.

allow love

allow love

Healing is about allowing love into your life and coming to know the reality of love.

In energetic terms, healing is about releasing the obstacles lodged in the body’s energy, though the scars may remain.  This is why meditation is such powerful tool in healing.  Healing is about restoring the physical body to the maximum degree of wholeness of which it is capable – and its capabilities are often astonishing.

from "Meditation: Path to the Deepest Self" by Naomi Ozaniec

Not allowing love to flow is to harm yourself.  Your body is vibrating at a certain level.  If you let your energy get too low, your body suffers.  That is the relationship between stress and disease.  Love is the way we keep our vibration up.  It keeps us healthy.  It is that important.

solution focused

solution focused

Master your Thinking It is more effective to be solution-focused than obstacle-focused.  Take an active role to replace them with more useful thoughts.  Take personal control over what you dwell on.  The goal is to prevent yourself from holding on to and replaying negative thoughts.

Your thoughts can either create fear, or they can create confidence.  They can create pain, or they can create resolve and joy.  Your thoughts can lead you to take action or they can drive you to withdraw and even give up.

take responsibility

health responsibility

Take responsibility for everything (even your most serious illnesses).  Don’t feel that you’re being punished and it is some karmic debt.  It is yours.  You own it.  That is the only chance you have of saying goodbye to it.

chakra energy centers

chakras

Chakra means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

wholeness & balance

balance

Awaken within you the ability to contribute to your own healing process.  For us to become whole and healthy, we must balance the body, mind, and spirit.  We need to take good care of our bodies.  We need to have a positive mental attitude about ourselves and about life.  And we need to have a strong spiritual connection.  When these three things are balanced, we rejoice in living.  No doctor or health practitioner can give us this unless we choose to take part in our healing process.
