Without a vision, our life’s journey can seem meaningless

  • You we are not committed to intentionally navigating our lives with vision, any current moment or drama will pull us off course, and lose our vision of our goals, destination and our reason and purpose for being.
  • As we clarify our vision, our lives become energized and begin to move in a direction and dimension we haven’t seen before.

“Paying attention to our intention is paramount to moving forward on the journey to that which is yet to be.”

  • Having a vision for our life is what keeps us on course

Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart.

  • “Who looks outside dreams; who looks inside awakens.” – Carl Jung

The secret is to hold a picture of yourself as already living the dream long enough in your mind’s eye that you will be drawn toward it every time you are pulled off course.

Training the undisciplined mind

  • An untrained mind will continue to make a mess of our lives the minute we take our attention off of it.
  • A good affirmation – “BE HERE NOW”
  • Keep coming back to the present moment
    • Until your mind gets that this is where you want it to sit and stay and to focus its attention.

There is little difference between training a dog and teaching our mind how to pay attention to our intention.

  • It requires patience, persistence, loving kindness, discipline, and time.

Paying attention to your intention is the practice.

  • Create the most vivid, pull color, detailed picture in your mind of what your vision looks like in its completed state and pay attention to it everyday
