That which didn’t disturb you is OK and that which does disturb you is not
We define the entire scope of our outer experience based upon our inner problems.
- If you want to grow, you have to transform your inner problems
As you grow, you will realize that your attempts to protect yourself from your problems actually create more problems.
If you attempt to arrange people, places, and things so they don’t disturb you, it will begin to feel like life is against you
- You’ll feel like life is a struggle and that every day is heavy because you have to control and fight with everything.
- There will be competition, jealousy, and fear
- You feel that anyone at any moment could cause you disturbance
- This is what makes life threatening because you have to worry so much
- The dialogue going in your mind increases
- You are either trying to keep things form happening or your trying to figure out what to do because they did happen

Do not to fight with life
- Be an explorer. Witness it and go.
- The experience will soon pass and something else will come up
- Just enjoy all of it
If you can do this, you will be free and the world of pure energy will open up within you
Once you feel that it is OK to feel inner disturbance, you will begin to be sustained by the inner energy flow. You transcend.
