It’s unbelievable how much power a seed has
- A seed buried goes through the same process anything else.
- It’s put deep underground.
- All of this mud is put on top of it.
- It gets rained on, snowed on, etc., but it knows that it’s a seed.
- It knows that it can grow.
- Anything’s possible for it to grow through
- Even plants grow through concrete sometimes
Realize that we are seeds. That is the most powerful way of finding strength.

- We can look at challenging situations as opportunities for growth.

- and to be the change
We have to recognize it’s not permanent.
- We’ve got to accept that none of our feelings are permanent.
- They don’t need to be permanent.
- It’s a choice.
- If you need to, vent, run, complain, and share how you feel, but recognize that those feelings are not permanent.
