Just as we were taught to employ Cognition (to think things through), so to can we learn to develop intuition. In doing so we may ask for guidance and receive it. There are ways to discipline our intuition (just like disciplining the mind)
- Honor emotional cleansing at all times
- So emotional negativity does not reside in you, in order to allow you a clear sense of loving
- Lightens your frequency so guidance can be clear and unobstructed
- Just as you disposes of your body waste and
toxins, so to must you dispose of your emotional waste and toxins
- Finishing emotionally unfinished business
- Not going to bed in anger
- Learning to work with and honor your emotional currents of energy
- Physical cleansing and nutritional program to not be physically toxic
- Honor the Guidance that you receive
- This leads to learning to respond
- You must be willing to hear what your intuition says and then act accordingly
- Allow yourself an orientation of openness to
your life and your universe
- Trust that there is a reason for all that is happening (always compassion and good)
- This is a habit that is necessary to activate and cultivate intuition

Intuition is perception beyond our physical senses that is meant to assist you
- Serves in survival, (hunches about danger, what is risky, etc.)
- Serves creativity (ideas, direction, hunches, etc.)
- Serves inspiration (meaning, light, presence of the divine)
