ICRAVE Inner Motive

Your internal world has to find a way to build a bridge to your external world so that you can see through to the truth that connects your intentions with what you actually do.

Your identity, self-esteem, and awareness of your ego lay the groundwork for your life.

  • How you conduct yourself with others, and whether you have the strength to make your way without needing to ask for another’s permission, depends on how well you succeed at the many challenges that awaken your need to take charge of who you are.

This conflict between needing a safeguard and taking an intuitive risk is one of the most paralyzing of fears.  Keep your attention focused on your motivations

  • As a first step, choose a part of your life that you want to understand more fully.
    • your health, career, relationships, family, or another aspect of your life to which you’re drawn
    • Choices could include your spiritual development, your sexual awakening, the history of your health, or your relationship with a significant figure in your life.

You are embarking on an experience to learn more about your life.

  • Treat yourself and the voice of your psyche with respect, because it is a living force that yearns for channels through which it can communicate.

There are no “accidents of birth,” as the phrase goes

  • Everything is provided for your particular journey, including the social, ethnic, and religious value systems of your family.
    • they form the foundation of your consciousness and the lens through which you will first encounter life

  • Are you able to follow intuitive guidance?

Review the values by which you have been living.

  • Where is your lifestyle incongruent with your inner self?
  • It is vitally important to know the content, boundaries, and character of your conscience.

Review your moral and ethical codes of action, along with your ways of intellectualizing and rationalizing your behavior.

Clear out your inner self, just as you might flush out your respiratory or circulatory system.

  • What can you change about your daily routine that will nudge you to realign your priorities?
  • A cleansing diet accompanied by a daily practice of yoga and breath work.
  • As soon as you recognize that your body is entering into an anxiety zone, you can immediately counteract the anxiety in your nervous system.
