ICRAVE Imaginative Conception

The greatest gift that you have been given is the gift of your imagination.

  • Your ability to imagine what it is that you would like to create for yourself, and to live from that perspective as if it had already occurred.
    • It isn’t faking.

This imagination is your ability to be able to a sacred space within yourself that no one has access but you.  It is yours.  A place from which you can live, and in the process of living there, you can create for yourself whatever it is that you are intending to experience.

  • Even if your physical reality of your daily life doesn’t match up to it at this point.

Think from the end rather than about the end.  Learn to think from the end.

“The great secret is a controlled imagination and well sustained attention firmly and repeatedly focused on the object to be accomplished.  It cannot be emphasized too much that creating an ideal within your mental sphere by assuming that you are already that ideal.  You identify yourself with it and therefore transform yourself into its image; Thinking from the ideal instead of thinking of the ideal.  Every state is already there as mere possibility as long as we think of them, but as overpoweringly real when we think from them.”      The truth that sets you free is that you can experience in your imagination what you desire to experience in reality, and by maintaining this experience in imagination, your desire will and must become an actuality. If you change your concept of yourself, the events ahead of you in time are altered.  You can alter events ahead of you.  Deny the evidence of the senses and assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. The present moment is always the most opportune to eliminate all unlovely assumptions and to concentrate only on the good.  As well as for yourself, claim for others their divine inheritance.  You win by assumption what you never can by force.

When you rely on excuses, you allow your false self (ego) to contemplate what you do not want, or what you cannot have.

Every time you come up with a reason why you cant do/have something, you are giving evidence that you are contemplating what you can’t have, rather than the infinite possibilities in you.

  • Why you want to contemplate what is missing in your life is because of what you were taught (that you can’t have all of that).
  • We train ourselves through this subconscious training to start believing in things that are going to keep us from ever getting where we want to go.
  • What are the payoffs?  It is avoidance of doing what I came here to do.  It is simply easier.

What would life look like if I could not use those excuses that you have been using?  If you couldn’t think the thoughts that you’ve been thinking that keep you from where you want to be.

  • You would feel more joy

If you have a choice to think a thought that may or may not be true, but thinking that thought will keep you from where you want to go, versus thinking a thought (that may or may not be true) that will at least give you a chance to get to where you want to be, why do we continue to take the first choice when the second choice is the only option we have for changing our conception of ourselves?

  • Imagine yourself as you would like yourself to be.
