The transformation of consciousness that is expanding our perception beyond defined senses, redefining power, and showing us the potential of a universal humanity is proceeding in full force.
Each choice of fear (anger, jealousy, vengefulness, etc.) is a choice to evolve unconsciously through the painful destructive consequences that fear creates.
Each choice of love (gratitude, patience, appreciation, etc.) is a choice to evolve consciously through the healthy constructive consequences that love creates.
Why not infuse your world with love, and live there.

Choose the conscious path of joy to the place where you transform energy into matter with your intentions.
Three steps for setting an intention
- Ask your: Why is creating change worth the effort?
- Contemplate your reason
- In its simplest terms, contemplation is just leaving aside a question for a certain period of time and letting the answer reveal itself on its own.
- The first, very important step in your contemplation is not to stress yourself out trying to come up with the right answer.
- Contemplation includes relaxing the mind and allowing a higher feeling to take over. When this happens, your spontaneity and energy will emerge, and things will turn out even better than they would have if the intellectual mind had been in charge.
- Ask yourself: Are you being true to the answer you’ve found?
- You’ll begin to notice that when you set the proper intentions for yourself, everything will become an expression of your practice. You will do things because they help you and others to feel good, and you will continue to grow with each day you’re alive. Your practice, in turn, will become an expression of who you are.
