ICRAVE Accepting What Is

Image result for accepting what is

Because of the human tendency to perpetuate old emotion, almost everyone carries in his or her energy field an accumulation of old emotional pain.

There is only one perpetrator of evil on the planet: Human unconsciousness.

  • That realization is true forgiveness.
  • With forgiveness, your victim identity dissolves, and your true power emerges – the power of Presence.
    • Instead of blaming the darkness, you bring in the light.

Accepting means you allow yourself to feel whatever it is you are feeling at that moment.

  • It is part of the “is-ness” of the Now.
  • You can’t argue with what is.  Well, you can, but if you do, you suffer.

Through allowing, you become what you are:  vast, spacious.  You become whole.

  • You are not a fragment anymore, which is how the ego perceives itself.
  • Your true nature emerges, which is one with the nature of God.

Re-source: Realignment

To be in alignment with what is means to be in a relationship of inner nonresistance with what happens.

  • It means not to label it mentally as good or bad, but to let it be.

Does this mean you can no longer take action to bring about change in your life?

  • On the contrary.  When the basis for your actions is inner alignment with the present moment, you actions become empowered by the intelligence of Life itself.
