The meaningful life is not exhausting at all.  It may not be easy, but it is suffused with ease.  It is also simple to achieve.

  • But just any old action won’t do.  Just as faith without works is dead, work without faith is exhausting.
    • That’s when we become driven.
    • It’s when our lives take on the quality of one to do list after another.

Just make sure that the actions you take in physical reality are informed by your principles and values

  • Ultimately a meaningful life is about discovering ways to contribute something to others.
    • In this way, the hero’s journey is really a spiritual journey.
  • Cultivating gratitude is the key to grace.

Synonyms for responsibility are job, duty, task and blame.  Synonyms for privilege include freedom, opportunity, and benefit.

  • Which do you chose?
  • Try using privilege in the place of responsibility.
