ICRAVE Training My Subconscious Before Sleep

The subconscious mind is the part of you that rules most of your life.

  • So much of what you do is automatic because it comes out of your subconscious mind

The last five minutes of your day are when you are in your bed and about to go to sleep; what do you do with your conscious mind?  It is the fertile training ground for what is going to go into your subconscious mind and become automatic.

  • During the last 5 minutes before bed, you do not want to review all of the things that you don’t want, don’t like, that didn’t work, that hurts, that is wrong, and that you’re mad and afraid of.
    • As you do that, you are getting ready to head into your subconscious mind where it can’t make the distinction between what you’re feeling.
    • Whether it is a wish fulfilled or review of all the crappy things.
  • When you wake up the mind will offer you experiences that match up to what you want because that is how you programed your mind.

Go to bed with thoughts and feelings of wellness, happiness, and other positive direction.

The extent to which this doesn’t feel natural to you is the degree to which you will maintain your persistence.

  • If it doesn’t feel natural, then you can’t imagine it fully.
  • You will continue to have difficulty because your subconscious mind will continued to be programed to believe that you are not worthy, you can’t do it, etc.

Whatever the wish that you would like to create for yourself, make it something that is natural to you.  Then persist in assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

  • And in the last five minutes of your day, continuously review what it is that you want and how you feel in your body assuming that it is already here
  • and go off to sleep with that.
