The greatest fallacy in life is that we can’t change, and yet that’s all we do.
- We change age, diet, weight, partners, jobs, cities, friends, clothes, hair, and makeup.
You can change today and the way you feel about the future simply by changing your attitude from doom and gloom to songs and sunshine.
- It’s the difference between being reactive and being proactive.
The present is exactly that, a present.
- Are you ready to open it?
What changes in your life are you most afraid of making?
- Many of us stay stuck in toxic or immobilizing situations although we know we really don’t belong there. And why do we do this? FEAR.
Fear is negative and often unfounded.
- It causes us to react to situations versus responding to them.
- It creates immediate conflict, as we tend to project whatever is frightening us onto other people
- We accuse, we retreat, we cave in, we stay stuck, and more than anything, we lose power.
- Fear can be comfortable; often it’s easier to stay with our old fears rather than take a chance and risk confronting new ones.

to rescue from an undesirable state : to restore to a previous natural state
It’s important to remember that taking care of yourself is not selfish, it’s the kindest thing you can do for those around you.
- It enhances you, enabling you to bring the best in yourself to the world and those around you.
- Weak people are more than happy to let you carry their load.
- It’s up to you to put down their baggage.
- And, ironically, this is often the kindest and most helpful thing you can do.
We must all forgive. To not forgive is to stay stuck in negativity.
- Forgiving others releases negative energy from your life and opens your heart to love.
- It is essential that we forgive it all if we are to reclaim our power.
